1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and approval by the ground manager.
• Payments must be made using the selected payment option (full, half, or booking amount).
• Booking confirmations are only valid after successful payment and manager verification.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled slot for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, up-to-date personal and payment information.
• Users are responsible for their conduct during bookings and any damages caused.
• GroundGo reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or violations.

4. Privacy & Data Use

We collect user information (name, email, phone) to facilitate bookings and platform operations. We never sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

5. Age Requirement

By using GroundGo, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the platform.

6. Liability & Disputes

GroundGo is a booking platform and does not own or operate any venues. Disputes between users and ground managers must be resolved directly between the parties, though we are happy to assist where possible.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the latest terms.
